Edito : Somehow or another Google picked up 'South African music' from 'Love it but Left it'  and led me wandering  by the hand  to this incredibly rich storehouse of the past. Diamond funnels up from the fifties and perhaps even before: Who's behind this archive? Does anyone know?  From their site I was invited to download a compilation which just put me back some 45 or 50 years into another century evoking memories of scratchy 78s on a wind-up gramophone with needles that came in a little tin box. Spare needles could be bought at Raleigh Cycles in Yeoville.
